Supplier Portal

Ask suppliers for the data your product actually needs

Turn missing product fields into a focused request. Suppliers see the requested information and submit their answers; your team keeps control of the review and product record.

A clear request, a traceable answer

For procurement and compliance teams collecting product information across suppliers, and supplier teams managing requests from several customers.

Choose the product and fields

Create a request for a specific product and select the fields the supplier should answer. The request carries field guidance and remains tied to the requesting customer organisation.

Choose guest access or an account

Use an expiring, revocable guest link for an individual request. For an ongoing relationship, invite a supplier organisation to accept the customer connection and work through its own account.

Let suppliers manage their response

Supplier accounts organise connected customer relationships, requested information and submissions. Supplier roles separate ownership, administration, editing and reading without granting manufacturer permissions.

Review before adopting data

The customer reviews the submitted values and decides which fields to accept. A response cannot write arbitrary product fields or directly publish the customer's passport.

Access follows the customer relationship

Guest access is limited to the product and fields in its request, with expiry and revocation.

Account access requires an accepted customer relationship; it does not expose the customer's full workspace.

Submissions and review actions retain their request and supplier context for later inspection.

The customer remains responsible for review

A supplier response records what was submitted. Acceptance is a separate customer decision, and the responsible team must assess the source and supporting evidence. Linking a supplier account does not certify the supplier or its data.

FAQ

Questions about supplier collaboration

Does every supplier need an account?

No. A guest can respond through a scoped request link. An account provides an ongoing workspace for connected customer relationships and repeated requests.

Can a supplier see another customer's data?

Supplier access is checked against each accepted customer relationship and request. A connection to one customer does not grant access to another customer's protected product workspace.

Can the customer stop access?

The customer can revoke an open guest request and manage the linked supplier account relationship. Expired or revoked request links no longer allow a new submission.
