What does a credit cover?
A credit is one extraction of one uploaded document. Its length and whether it is text or a scan do not change the price. Your workspace shows your available allowance, page count and credits used separately.
- 1 credit per extracted document, whatever it contains
- 20 pages per credit. A longer document is split into blocks, and the split is shown before the extraction starts
A practical example
A 12-page data sheet costs 1 credit, scanned or not. A 45-page one is split into 3 blocks and costs 3.
You control additional usage
A job that would exceed your included allowance does not start. No price for additional usage is currently approved, so it cannot be enabled. A historical agreement does not authorise additional usage. Credit packages cannot currently be purchased.
For paid plans, the included allowance follows the current paid subscription period shown in Billing. The demo package uses a separately identified free UTC period. Unused included credits do not roll over. Enterprise conditions are agreed individually.

Choose by operational volume
Product limits cover the records stored in your workspace, including drafts. They are not a monthly creation allowance. Credits cover document processing in the current credit period and are shared across the workspace. Text-page and scan-page capacities are alternatives, not two separate allowances. The examples refer to individual processing runs; multiple processing steps can use additional credits.

FAQ
Pricing questions
Can I top up credits?
There is currently no credit-package purchase or prepaid credit balance. When the allowance is exhausted, you can wait for the next credit period or check the available plan-change options in Billing. Additional usage is currently unavailable because no price has been approved. A previous agreement does not override this limit.
What uses credits?
Credits are used when documents are processed. Storing product records, entering data manually and viewing a published passport do not consume document credits. Processing a document again can consume credits again. The workspace shows recorded pages and credits separately.
Are API keys the same as API requests?
No. The plan limits the number of active keys and registered webhook endpoints. These numbers do not specify a monthly request allowance. Technical API rate limits apply separately.
How long does a contract run?
Start and Pro run for a contract year from the signing date and renew unless cancelled before the end of that year. The quantities and credits reset at renewal. Enterprise terms follow the individual offer.
Can I start without a contract?
Yes. The Demo package covers one model and ten item passports, with a watermark on the passport page and no registry entry, so a team can see the workflow before deciding.
What determines the right plan?
Start with stored product volume and document processing per credit period, then consider API keys, webhook connections and support needs. Enterprise arrangements cover requirements that do not fit the published limits.
Can a plan be changed later?
Plans are designed for growth from a test portfolio to higher operational volume. Current billing and change options are shown in the workspace before confirmation.
